What do I need to use the mobile application?
You need to have a My Balíkovna account. If you do not yet have any,
set it up directly in the application.
A smart device running Android and iOS with the Balíkovna application installed and an internet connection.'
If you also want to use the application to send parcels or pay COD amounts, you must have an active payment card or have one added to your e-wallet for Google Pay or Apple Pay payments.
Is payment in the Balíkovna application secure?
Yes. The data is protected just like on the website because we use the secure ČSOB payment gateway.
Can I use the application without an internet connection?
No. Your device must be connected to the internet (mobile data or wifi) if you want to send parcels, track parcels, or find the nearest Balíkovna.
Why don’t I have a complete history of consignments in the application?
Currently, the application does not display archived consignments that have completed their lifecycle. Active consignments will be displayed in the application when the status changes. New consignments will be displayed automatically.
What if I find an error in the application?
If you encounter a problem, follow the instructions in the mobile application under “More–Feedback.”
Is the application free and where can I download it?
Yes. It can be downloaded for free on Google Play or the App Store under the name Balíkovna.
