How long does it take to deliver parcels to the pickup locations?
More than 95% of parcels are ready to be picked up on the working day next to posting (the day when the online shop physically hands over the parcel for transport).
What’s the waiting time at Balíkovna outlets located at post office? Do customers have to wait long?
The average waiting time of customers at Balíkovna locations at post office is 1:57 minutes from the printing of the ticket until the departure with the parcel. Most post offices with a Balíkovna counter use a queue management system. The customer just enters the pickup code in the ticket terminal and is served fast.
Does the customer have to pick the parcel up personally? Or can someone else pick it up?
The addressee of the parcel will receive an SMS or email notification with a pickup code. The code can easily be shared with anyone who will then pick up the parcel for the addressee.
How many Balíkovna locations are there in the Czech Republic?
We have currently over 7 500 pickup and drop-off locations.
