Where can I have my Balíkovna parcel sent?
You can have your Balíkovna parcel sent to a pickup location including Balíkovna outlets located at post office, Balíkovna outlets at other locations and Balíkovna-BOXes or newly to an address, such as home, office, or summer house.
What does the discounted price for a parcel apply to?
The discounted price applies to parcels sent from the website balikovna.cz/poslat-balik to any other Balíkovna or an address within the Czech Republic.
The discounted price for parcels is intended for registered users of the My Balíkovna account and is therefore available exclusively to registered users who have created an account with us.
How can I send a parcel for the discounted price?
Easily. Just create a My Balíkovna account on our website and log in. Have you already registered on My Balíkovna? Then all you have to do is to log in to balikovna.cz/poslat-balik and send your parcel to any Balíkovna or address in the Czech Republic.
The discounted price for your parcel will be automatically loaded after you log in to your My Balíkovna account and fill in the data to send parcels.
Where can I drop off my Balíkovna parcel?
Parcels with a printed address label can be dropped off at any Balíkovna including AlzaBoxes. Parcels without an address label destined to an address can only be dropped off at Balíkovna outlets located at post office. Parcels without an address label destined to a pickup location can be dropped off at any Balíkovna except AlzaBoxes where you need an address label to be attached to your parcel.
Where can I send parcels, and what are the parameters?
We accept any parcels weighing less than 15 kg and having the longest side shorter than 50 cm. Otherwise the parcel may be returned back. We will deliver your parcel to any Balíkovna or address at your home, office or summer house.
What if I change my mind after dropping off a parcel?
Parcels can be cancelled by Balíkovna personnel only. You will get the postage minus a cancellation fee back to your account.
What if the parcel is not picked up?
A parcel sent from a Balíkovna located at post office will be returned back to where it came from. If you have sent it from a Balíkovna located elsewhere, you can pick it up at the nearest depositing post office as soon as it returns.
Can I send parcels from Balíkovna-BOXes ?
You can send your parcel from any AlzaBox. To do so, you need to submit your details on-line here on this site, print the address label, and attach it to your parcel. See exactly how to proceed.
Can I pay the postage at Balíkovna locations?
Sorry, no. You have to pay the postage by card here on this site.
Jak poslat balík na adresu za 30 Kč?
Akce platí po celý duben pro nově registrované i stávající zákazníky. Stačí si u nás na webu nebo v mobilní aplikaci vytvořit účet Moje Balíkovna a přihlásit se. Nabídka platí i pro balíky na dobírku, počet balíků není omezen. Platí však, že každá zásilka musí být individuálně odbavená a zaplacená prostřednictvím mobilní nebo webové aplikace Balíkovna. Adresní štítek si vytiskněte, nalepte na balík a podejte na kterékoliv Balíkovně. Bez vytištěného adresního štítku lze podat pouze na poštách.
